Harris Country ESD 3 Emergency Medical Services


Harris County Emergency Services District No. 3 (HCESD 3) plays a vital role in providing emergency medical services (EMS) to residents in unincorporated areas of Harris County, Texas. Operating under Chapter 775 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, HCESD 3 is a local government agency funded through property taxes and governed by a board of commissioners.
